I created this card using Lavinia Stamps, Brusho, Mondeluz Aquarelle Coloured Pencils, and a little bit of fairy magic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To begin the background, I sprinkled Turquoise, Sunburst Lemon, and Leaf Green Brusho crystals over the surface of the watercolor paper. I spritzed the water upwards, then tilted the paper so that the Brusho and water ran towards the bottom of the paper. There\u2019re different ways to apply Brusho, but I\u2019ve noticed that I get a better end result when I do it this way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the cardstock had dried, I stamped the images with Nocturne VersaFine Clair ink. I used Mondeluz Aquarelle Coloured Pencils to color the mushrooms, as well as the flowers. A Mondeluz white pencil provided the highlights. To make the windows in the mushrooms look more inviting, I applied a yellow Uni Posca Paint Marker on them; then used the Light Pink Marker to put a few dots along the large mushroom. I added sparkle, with a clear Sakura Gelly Roll Pen, to the fairies\u2019 wings and the stones at the base of the large mushroom. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I used a small, inexpensive throw away paintbrush to apply IndigoBlu Flitterglu along the bottom of the card and sprinkled Tim Holtz Distress Glitter Clear Rock Candy over it to add sparkle to the ground. I drew a horizontal line, with a Lime Green Sakura Gelly Roll Stardust Gel Pen, to give the ground definition. I positioned the \u2018Magic\u2019 sentiment, from the Lavinia Stamps Sentiment Stickers 7, at the top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To finish the card, the cardstock was adhered to a black cardstock base with Scor-Tape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fairies are ready for the upcoming storm in November!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
