Halloween Fairy Wings

To celebrate Halloween, I created this card using distress inks, alcohol inks, and Lavinia stamps.

The four fairies, which live in the fairy glen nearby, have washed their wings in preparation for Halloween. Their clothesline sways in the gentle breeze, in front of the sacred tree. The fairies wait in anticipation for their beloved wings to dry…they know their wings will smell like magic and sunshine. This is a much loved scent in the fairy realm. They have cherished this day of warmth, laughter, and love.
