I created this card using Lavinia Stamps, fairy glitter, and Lavinia Stamps inks.

I hope this finds you safe and warm! It’s been one of those winters here-the bad, a lot of snow and temps way below zero for extended times. The good, it’s only about eight weeks until spring. That sounds like a long time, but the warmth of spring will be here before we know it.

To begin the card, I positioned a Lavinia Acetate Hill Mask on the bottom of the Multifarious card and used a stencil brush to apply Lime Punch ink. I put the Mask over the inked area, then positioned a Circle Mask in the center of the card to protect that area, too. I stenciled Violet Chalk ink around the sides and top of the card; then used another of the Hill Masks and stenciled Sahara and Sundance inks within that mask circle to create the moon.

In the past, I’ve struggled when I’ve tried to use a stencil brush. This time, I got a better result because I added more ink to the brush as I blended and worked longer to blend the ink into the cardstock.

Next, I stamped the images with Nocturne VersaFine Clair ink. (The Fantasea and Liberty stamps are actually two boat-looking stamps, but I flipped them upside down to use the vine part of them.) To give the leaves some color, I used a paintbrush with Lime Punch ink.

I added sparkle to the flowers and the outside of the moon with a Quickie Glue Pen, followed by a sprinkling of Holographic Glitter.

To finish the card, I anchored the cardstock to a black cardstock base.

I created this card using Lavinia Stamps, Brushos, Metallic Gelly Roll pens, and lots of glitter.

To begin the background, I sprinkled Sea Green and Turquoise brushos over the surface of the watercolor paper. I spritzed the brushos with water and lifted and tilted the paper so that the brushos and water ran towards the bottom of the paper; then let the paper dry for a bit.

I stamped the images with VersaFine Clair Nocturne ink, then used Metallic Gelly Roll pens to color the Twisted Willow (ground). I outlined the inked lines of the trees with a Copper Metallic Gelly Roll pen, then added Copic E37. The stones and fairy wings were highlighted with a Stardust Clear Gelly Roll pen.

To create the snow, I applied IndigoBlu FlitterGlu (with a paintbrush) and sprinkled Lavinia Stamps Holographic Glitter over the glue. I love how iridescent the snow looks!

To highlight the trees, I used a Quickie Glue Pen and sprinkled Ranger Holographic Embossing Powder over them, tapping off the excess. I repeated this process to give the illusion of snow on the lamps and fir cones, except I used Distress Glitter-Clear Rock Candy after using the Quickie Glue Pen.

To finish the card, I attached the cardstock to a black cardstock base.

Pan has traveled a distance to see his BFF. Fip has honey cakes, as well as honey and milk, already prepared so he can spend a wonderful evening catching up with his treasured friend.
