I created this card using a design from Silhouette Design Store, the Sizzix Tim Holtz Botanical 3-D Embossing Folder, gold foil cardstock, and glitter ribbon.
I used a part of the 3D Card Nativity Scene design to create the front of the card. Behind that, I placed a piece of gold foil cardstock that had been embossed with the 3-D Embossing Folder-to give the Peace on Earth, flourish, and stars some texture. After I had attached the front of the card and the embossed foil cardstock to the cardstock base, glitter ribbon added sparkle around the edge of the card.

- White Heavyweight Cardstock
- Gold Foil Cardstock
- Sizzix 3-D Texture Fades, Botanical, 662716
- 3d card nativity scene, 35007 (Silhouette Design Store)
- Glitter Ribbon
- Fiskars Procision Rotary Bypass Trimmer (12”)
- Martha Steward Scoring Pad/Fiskars Dual-Tip Embossing Stylus
- Ranger Multi Medium, Matte (to adhere the Peace on Earth part to the embossed cardstock)
- Scor-Tape: 1/4″ and 3/8”
Machines Used:
- Silhouette Cameo with a Silhouette 12” cutting mat.
- Sizzix Big Shot, with the Extended Multipurpose Platform and one cutting pad for the 3-D Texture Fades Embossing Folder.
